Cerita rakyat adalah cerita legenda daerah yang berkembang di indonesia yang dipelihara oleh warga dan kadang dipercayai kebenarannya sebagai peristiwa nyata, namun tak jarang beberapa orang menganggapnya hanya mitos dan dongeng belaka.
